Maven Munchies 

 

Low-Carb Cottage Cheese & Fruit

1 cup of Cottage Cheese

1/2  c. Strawberries

1/2  c. Blueberries

Top with chopped Walnuts 

Sprinkle with Cinnamon

Add a drizzle of honey (optional)
Salmon Bowls

1-2 salmon filet (grilled)

1 cup of cauliflower rice

1 tbsp cilantro (optional)

1 English cucumber sliced

1 tsp sesame seeds

1-2 pieces of seaweed 1/2 c shredded carrots

1 c of steamed broccoli

sliced avocado

top with sriracha and spicy mayo
Labneh Toast

1 slice of Low-carb toast

1-2 Tablespoons of Labneh (found near the hummus or cream cheese)

Olive tapenade

Sprinkle crushed red pepper
  • 1 Slice Bread (low-carb optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of Nutzo spread
  • 1 tablespoon of Labneh
  • 3-4 Strawberries sliced 
  • Drizzle Honey (as desired)
  • Top with a sprinkle of Chia Seeds
